- 14 oz (400 g) chocolate (milk or dark)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt flakes (for topping)
Instructions:
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- In a saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate and butter.
- Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Cut into small squares and serve.
Tips:
- For a more professional result, use couverture chocolate.
- Warm the knife slightly before cutting for clean edges.
