Lemon Carrot Drink for Weight Loss
Instructions:
- Blend the Base: Add chopped carrots and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (optional): If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Mix in the Rest: Add lemon juice, ginger (grated or blended), turmeric, and cayenne (if using). Stir or blend again.
- Taste and Sweeten: Add honey or stevia if desired.
