Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base: Add chopped carrots and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional): If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Mix in the Rest: Add lemon juice, ginger (grated or blended), turmeric, and cayenne (if using). Stir or blend again.
  4. Taste and Sweeten: Add honey or stevia if desired.
  5. Serve Cold: Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy fresh!
